Shipping Policy
At Naramata Supply Company, we take pride in carefully packing and shipping your orders from our little corner of the Okanagan. Each order is prepared with care, whether it’s a jar of herbed salt, a bundle of dried flowers, or a freeze-dried snack, to ensure your package arrives safely and beautifully.
1. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During busy seasons (especially spring and fall), processing may take a little longer but we’ll always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).
2. Shipping Rates and Carriers
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location, order weight, and shipping method selected.
We currently ship using Canada Post and may occasionally use alternative couriers for efficiency.
We offer:
- Standard Shipping (Tracked): 3–10 business days depending on location
- Local Pickup: Available in Naramata by appointment (you’ll receive an email when your order is ready)
- Local Delivery: May be available seasonally within Naramata and Penticton stay tuned for updates on our website and social channels
3. Local Pickup Instructions
If you choose Local Pickup, we’ll email you once your order is ready and arrange a pickup time at our roadside cart or farm location in Naramata. Please bring your order confirmation when you arrive.
4. Delivery Area
We currently ship across Canada. We’re not yet offering international shipping, but we’re exploring it for future seasons. Please reach out if you’re outside Canada and interested in our products.
5. Packaging
We pack all orders with sustainability in mind. You may find reused boxes, recyclable paper fill, and compostable or reusable packaging materials. Our goal is to deliver your order safely while minimizing waste.
6. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
We’re not responsible for delays caused by carriers or weather conditions once a package leaves our hands. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number and we’ll work with you to make it right.
If your order seems lost, email us and we’ll help track it down.
7. Shipping Restrictions
Some items (like plants or certain perishable goods) may only be available for local pickup due to shipping limitations. Any restrictions will be noted on the product page.
8. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link in your email. You can use it to follow your package’s progress from our hands to yours.
