At Naramata Supply Company, everything we make and sell is crafted with care, from our small-batch seasonings and preserves to our farm-grown plants and handmade goods. Because many of our products are perishable or custom-made, we’re unable to accept traditional returns. However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us, and we’ll always do our best to make things right.

1. No Returns on Perishable or Custom Items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

• Food items, including salts, herbs, preserves, and freeze-dried snacks
• Plants, flowers, or seedlings
• Custom, seasonal, or made-to-order products
• Sale or final-clearance items

We’re a small business and want every customer to love their purchase so if something isn’t right, please reach out.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at naramatasupply@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

Once we review your request, we’ll work with you to offer a replacement, credit, or refund depending on the situation.

3. Lost or Delayed Shipments

We partner with trusted carriers like Canada Post, but once your order leaves our care, delivery times may vary. If your package seems lost or delayed, contact us and we’ll help track it down and liaise with the carrier to the best of our ability.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at naramatasupply@gmail.com with your order number.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
